i have a dog but he loves my mom way more
i had dog who loved me above everything but he died 2 years ago under car's wheels i cried for weeks
i would need to gymcel for years to get good body starting at 43kg/171.5cm

Ok you're the same height as me but you weigh 20 kilos less.
Just go to the gym, do major compound movements like benchpress,pull ups,squads and deadlifts.
Eat a lot of protein and go to the gym 3-5 times a week without fail.
Believe me after 6 months you'll look completely different from now.
Also sorry about your dog.

i cant go gym now coz im after surgeries and cant start from now, will need few months to recover to start gym
i hope to change little my rating by gym but idk
