I just tried to do bench press and did worse than last week now I got a headache and feel like I am gonna pass out. Can’t continue the fucking workout like this.

Shit genes ruin EVERYTHING

Maybe its because of your genetics. But it doesn’t help that you don’t exercise at all, fat/underweight, low testosterone and you don’t fuel your body with the right nutrients and instead abuse it with poison.

My weight is fine and I drink enough water

My diet is clean, I try to exercise 3x a week.

I think the issue is sleep apnea

I have sleep apnea and a deviated septum. Genuinely one of the worst things you can have, sure you won’t die from it but your average day and QOL will be so impacted that you will feel tired and low t 24/7.
 
Did you just started to train or did you excercise before?
 
try side sleep but back is best
 
Been training 3 years this problem came 1 year ago & got worse earlier this year
In that case you should consider consulting a doctor
 
If you have a goal in mind start small. You don’t need to push past your limit, small steps every day is better than nothing. I don’t mean gym coping to attract foids because that doesn’t work, I just mean maximizing your strength and health with the genes you have.
 
do u do proper warmups? if bench is a problem try using dumbbells instead
