Cope Just tried some whey protein powder today

Planning on cutting to get to 14% Body Fat. Currently at 20%. Going to lift weights and eat only about 1800 calories a day and test out if the whey protein helps me build muscle while maintaining a low calorie diet.

Protein is cope, no substitute for testosterone, it is the only way to build and maintain muscle mass, since the body is catabolic by nature and don't want to hold to muscles since it consume more calories at rest, it prefer to hold on to fat for a supply of energy, which also raise estrogen a little bit.

I'm not using the powder for testosterone, I'm using it as building blocks for my muscle mass. The testosterone comes from my balls :feelsstudy:

And what's to "test" about protein powder? It's just protein like from any other source.

The key to build and maintain muscle is anabolic steroids a.k.a injecting more testosterone than you produce to cut the catabolism and enhence the anabolism of the body. Protein has a very minimum role in developing and keeping muscle mass. It's a scam made for casual normies gym goer.
