Why would you do this as an incel? It makes no sense. I'm not saying it's good to fap compulsively, but on the other hand, refusing to utilize your only means of sexual release is likely equally bad. Just fap when you get actual urges, the fact that you lasted 3 days might be indicative of those true urges presenting themselves after that amount of time.

Usually I fap every 2-3 days, that way I get more pleasure out of it, and don't waste as much time fapping.
