Just had sleep paralysis last night

I was sleeping then suddenly opened my eyes and couldn't move, worst part is I can't tell if I feel asleep right after but remember vividly feeling being levitated into the air in a cross position and then repeatedly slammed against my bed. My ears were ringing so badly and then refused to open my eyes.

Neverthless it felt thrilling.

Yeah it's a fun experience, never saw any demons or such but also levitated around.
