I often see threads on ID that consist of only a single line. Additionally, users frequently quote someone else's comment in agreement without adding any further input. I, too, have done this at times. These instances are far from being high-effort or high-quality posts. What will you do about this? So far, I haven't seen any mods issue warnings about low-quality threads or comments as long as they are related to inceldom.
There are over 4000 banned accounts, but accounts that were rejected at signup count towards that figure. I'm not sure how many people who actually used the forum were banned, but that number is obviously much, much lower than that.

I'm generally fairly lax with that policy and only ever warned users if they were really being obnoxious/disruptive in addition to being low effort. If I took punitive measures against every user every time they did one of the things you listed well...we wouldn't have much of the forum left.
Here's an example of an instance where I gave a warning to a user for low effort in the past. One user would repeatedly bump his own threads with low effort posts. The moment they went to page 2, he would bump them and kept doing it ad infinitum so his threads would stay on page 1. I eventually ended up giving him a small warning for it, I think like 10 percent, maybe even a 0 percent verbal warning, but he made a fuss about that.
Also if a new user immediately starts spamming low effort posts in an attempt to rack up a high post count I'll usually warn them. But even then they have to be really obnoxious for me to even notice they're doing that in the first place.
I generally don't plan to police thread-quality that much. If a thread is an unfunny shitpost that just wastes people's time I might just send it to the sewers without any further punitive action.
TL;DR: As long as you're not shitting up the place, you don't need to worry. Basically don't be like that General Alek guy and you're good.

- Talking about how women have shown you romantic interest in the past
- Talking about previous romantic experience you've had
- Intentionally alluding to any of the above
