I go jogging like twice a week but it doesn't have much effect since I don't change my eating patterns. I'm really addicted to Red Bull, it helps me focus on programming which is important to me right now because I'm 27 years old and live with my mom and have no skills so I need to get good at something to be able to move out, buy a car etc. Can't ascend when I'm a manchild.
