There are prisons in places like Norway and Sweden where it is basically a hotel. Living is free and the staff treats you nicely. You get a nice room like this

and the kitchen is also nice and clean

Your room resembles a college dorm and you even get a tv. You get nice food, pool tables, table tennis, etc as well. Looks like paradise for a NEETcel. The only real downside is open access to the internet isn't allowed for any prison in the world.
