Serious Just Found out My Health is Fucked Too Because of Inceldom

Got some tests done a bunch of stuff was too high or low. Enzymes indicating liver function were too low or high, what does this mean, I likely have a fatty liver. On top of that, there were indications that my blood cells were fucked in terms of height and width and size uniformity along with another indicator related to iron levels, so I probably am not getting enough iron and have similar symptoms to anemia, which will easily progress to that level. Oh and my cholesterol is high too much LDL to little HDL high triglycerides, great stuff. Of course, most of this comes from being obese, which itself is a result of looksmaxxing and surgerycelling being a failure and being treated like shit by everyone outside my family, due to my looks. Then there is the constant stress from being ugly, having limited future prospects, and struggling with mental health conditions. On top of that, I have the wonderful fortune of being born into a family which eats an Indian vegetarian diet, basically lacking any semblance of nutrition, and compensating heavily with dairy along with no eggs. And before you ask why don't you just eat meat or take supplements bro, I used to do both and it was just additional stress and waste of money. Of course, I don't really exercise either but what's really the point apart from losing weight, going outside sucks. I still go on walks almost everyday with my parents, but I am probably still not losing weight thanks to my shitty metabolism. Even eating less, doesn't really help me. So yeah, just great.

That sucks but thats all fixable with minor changes of habits. Walk more, eat less.

It's not that simple, those are things I can do to fix it, but it's very hard.

Then he's probably fakecel jfl, that being said I have met guys who are average or above and ethnic and short and they can't make it. I have also met a guy who is White, gets something like IOIs and positive treatment, he's 5'4" and obese but autistic and can't make it. Too many gen z incels who would have been successful a few decades ago.

It's not that simple, those are things I can do to fix it, but it's very hard.
I was the same, i tried intermittent fasting and crash diets, at my age i thought that i cannot lose weight, that my metabolism is to blame. I lost around 30kg. We all eat too much, you will be just fine with half of the food on the plate.

Start eating right: protein shakes, low fat chicken, salmon, turkey, tofu, etc. No milk, only good fats from stuff like avocado. Spend more on food. Go to the gym and spend 2 to 3 hours there. Get jacked, inject T, and stop having such a pathetic herbivore mindset.

I struggle to find motivation due to being ugly. Not to mention my parents are against it, I'd have to spend money at restaurants or deli and on top of that my dad destroyed my credit card, so I probably cannot. As for going to the gym, it's such a waste, not to mention all the negative looks I will get.
 
despite your point that you've seen that done that, increase protein, calcium and omega-3 intake with food not supplements. my blood test isn't good either, i have to take several medications (which in turn have their own side-effects) because a diet-change won't help. but i do have to take these 3 amino acids and mineral more than other people.
