just finished watching this video,all the time i kept thinking,I hope they got all the loving support possible from their parents,because mine used to body shamed me,Which completely destroyed my self esteem.

at least you can lose weight,i used to be body shame for my height by my father, the way i walked.That s something that a 14 year old boy should have never heard from his parents.

if my story can encourage you,i lost 100 pounds two years ago,i was almost 300 pounds,i did keto,intermittent fastin.Make sure you don’t have insulin resistance because that can make it really difficult to lose weight,do some research on that and good luck
