As someone who’s had to go to school with many dangerous violent people, some have it in them to be that way, and some simply don’t.
The guys like Elliot Rodger and Alec Minassian already had low inhib hostile tendencies towards normies, even unprompted. It started as small micro aggressions then escalated.
Whereas the average incel was only defending himself against bullies, if even that. You can’t punish someone simply for having violent thoughts.
