I don't know if it's about JBYS being guaranteed (or even likely) to work, just that if you don't, whatever success you get won't be wholesome.

IE if I date a girl but RP that I like hockey instead of MLP, even if she lets me fuck her, I won't really feel truly accepted or validated.

Plus it's almost trickery/rapelike if I am painting a false picture of who I am.

That said: I think this moreso for overt lying and not omission.

IE it's not rape if I neglect to mention I like MLP, just like it's not rape if a foid doesn't tell me she likes to swallow Chad's shit.
But it would be rape if I said I hate MLP or she directly says she doesn't swallow Chad's shit, because those are lies and not ommissions.

That said, even omission can cause large misconceptions if it's about something important so it's a tricky path.

Part of what I don't like is there's probably double standards where we're supposed to be more tolerant of foid omissions we would care about, but we are villains if we omit something a foid might care about.
