i actually used to have a hunch on my neck that was the size of a softball jfl it was a lipoma so i had it removed though but it took two surgerys and i had to wear a drain in my neck with blood dripping out of my neck every body would stare at me for two weeks so i can relate to this sketch however i was and never will be this confident jfl life wasn't made for an incel cuck like myself
