The worst thing about asking for something is that you already know you are fucking worthless, so just by asking, you know that not only are the odds small about the ask working out, but that the ask will be a huge burden on the person you are asking, even if it's a small request, 'like would you please read this letter, I'm curious what you'd think,' . . . even a small little favor, and they'd fucking flip out and respect you LESS than they already do.

Asking is a form of torture because it reflects back at you. It helps reinforce your low status in the world. A status you cannot escape from.

Even if you offer to do something in return, they just don't fucking care. Nobody fundamentally wants to help you because they have sex and see you as worthless.

Do yourself a favor, and never ask anyone for anything, especially if they mog you SMV wise. Just fucking don't do it. People of a different class of SMV simply don't care about you. The only two entities that you are allowed to ask of for anything: these are people that you mog, or AI. The only reason is that low SMV people have nothing better to do.
