Not true at all. Like most people, black men will go for their own kind first. Most black men who are married are married to black women.
Asian men probably have it worse in the west, but black men have it really bad when it comes to finding a suitable black woman to marry.
Black women lead in pretty much every feminist stat (single moms, obesity, abortion, unmarried, identifying as "not needing a man" or "independent", etc.)
Black men do not hate black women at all, and if they do it's based on lived experience interacting with them and negative reinforcement.
If you're a black man and you're not Pookie or Tyrone, you're going to have a much easier time getting more attractive women of other races. But then you have to deal with the inherent racism and constant attacks of dating a nonblack woman. Women are mentally weak, and most women cannot deal with the socioeconomic consequences of dating a black man, since black men are the most hated demographic on Earth (no BLM doesn't mean shit, fucking retards--Marxist lesbian scammers and jews who want to destroy "patriarchy" and nuclear families do not care about black men).
Only a true BBC lover will ignore all of that to date a black man. Most girls just want to bang the black guy, not actually date him (dehumanization).
So that's one of the reasons blacks are the most single (at least in the US).
