If you're needing to reverse image search before voting on whether or not a person looks attractive then you're not really being truthful about how you feel.
On rare occasions MtFs can be passable enough to get a gynephilic reaction out of heterosexual men - it's rare but common enough that we have terms like "traps" etc.
