Just like the whiteboard meme, he's incredibly unpleasant; he thinks he's better than everyone else.

Both the actor and the character are awful. Only a man like me, who has suffered bullying and work mobbing, can recognize a damn narcissist a mile away.

It's unfortunately realistic. Jim gets away with a lot cause he's a tall, good looking white dude. They try to make Jim seem like the everyday man, but he's the furthest thing from it.
