Just lots of young characters I guess.

I suppose loli means girls, I think. I only used it because I thought it sounded funny in the thread title and stuff.

But really I just mean "characters that are or look like children".

Interesting that people seem to be saying it isn't true.

I only heard it from one person.

I think some people overstate the loli thing because they take issue with it and so they exaggerate it to have more of an effect.

I think that's quite common for people who dislike something to do.

I can understand why lolicon is an issue but I still don't think it should be illegal.

I don't understand why characters who are or look like children is bad though.

I guess the issue is more about... suggestive depictions.

So I guess it's about whether the depiction is in some way suggestive.

And yeah maybe it isn't actually increasing at all but people are just focusing on it more.

I feel like guys just have a tendency to like younger women and some inevitably end up liking girls who are TOO young.

I'm not convinced this is just in Japan I think it's everywhere.

Just like women everywhere have a tendency to like older men (who ideally have cash, lol).

Most of all they seem to love female characters who look masculine. That seems to be an absolute obsession right now in the West.
