Serious I've stopped caring about my hygiene

I've spent my whole life getting the best haircuts, colognes, hair products, whitestrips, skin care products, clothes, etc. and nobody ever respected me any more. I finally said fuck it. Who the fuck cares whether I'm squeaky clean or look and smell like a homeless bag of onions? The only thing that femoids will ever see is a horrid incel untermensch, clean or dirty.

Fuck showering, shaving, haircuts, mouthwash, ass-wiping, clothes shopping, deodorant, and any non-essential hygienic bluepilled bullshit. Any sub5 who cares about that is wasting his time.

As a teenager I always wore expensive cologne Tommy Hilfiger and cool water shit at your local department store. One of my friends foids would always compliment him "you smell sooo goood." Me nothing now looking back if you ugly foids could careless what you smell like. I cut down on hair cuts every week to about every two months. Still wipe my ass and brush my teeth I dont think I could deal with that.

I never cared to begin with because I knew it wouldn't make a difference I always put minimal effort into it though for my sake though, not for impressing others, I brush my teeth once a day, not twice as many advice, because I don't care about having a bright smile, I just don't want any cavities or bad tasting breath. I bathe for the same reason, for my own comfortability.

The moment an act of maintaining hygiene drifts out of the realm of "making my life comfortable" and into the realm of "impressing others and living up to a standard" is where I stop caring.

You can gauge my mental health by how much self care I’m performing. I find that even if I’m depressed I’ll try to shower and shave etc. just because it makes me feel more like a person. If that makes sense.

If I go through a really long period of being really low I’ll stop showing and brushing my teeth. Have actually caused my teeth a lot of damage the way. Likewise skin diseases from not showering for too long are no fun.

I shower about once a month, hair and beard have been growing 6 months (and will keep growing it long), fingernails I let grow until they break off and ain't brushed my teeth in years. The more I look like a nutcase tramp, the less strangers or anyone fucks with me. Plus it keeps me on NEETbux if I look like a legit hobo to my doctors and such like, especially with my Mentalcel/alcoholiccel history. Today I had to go the chemist to drop in a prescription for the bucket load of tablets I take everyday, and I popped into the supermarket next door and purchased half a cooked roast chicken which was reduced to half price, and ate it outside the chemist with my hands.
