To do this, I have done 2 things: 

1. I have been praying for the strength, courage, and girth to abstain from all temptations. It has been working.
2. When the topic of sex comes about, I think of what the female has been through. How they've been passed around by other men. How other men have had their way with the woman. It honestly and genuinely revolts me to the point where it is incredibly hard to get aroused just thinking about it. In all sincerity I find the very thought disgusting.
