Brutal I've been having headaches lately

I don't know why, but not even paracetamols and naps are getting rid of them.

There's nothing severe, their not hurting my head and I'm not puking, their just minor ones.

That's probably why you have the headaches then, man. Just get a water bottle and sip from it throughout the day, you can still have the fizzy stuff too.

Drink more water. Most people are dehydrated or drink sugary slop containing caffeine. Normal black coffee in the morning is enough, but make sure you drink plenty of water throughout the day.
