For the last 2 days I've been eating slop in my dreams. I follow the primal diet religiously. I'll dream of eating chips and then think "doesn't that have seed oils" and then won't remember the rest of the dream.

I refused to eat my grandmas slop at Easter dinner and everyone got mad and started shaming me, maybe that's why it's haunting me?

man don’t worry about seed oils. There was a recent systematic review that showed that seed oils don’t cause any health issues and that there’s actually health benefits. I don’t think there’s even any scientific evidence against seed oils, the evidence is either neural or positive. The only argument on why seed oils is bad is because it’s “unnatural”.
