I've lost 30lbs and it's still going without slowing down. I get insane hunger pangs but I resiliently push through it. I start the day with 1-2 cups of coffee with a bit of cream in it(cream is around 200 calories total, these are big cups of coffee). Then I eat a canned soup which is only 200 calories later in the evening. That's it. I've been doing this for a while now and I plan on getting down to 140 lbs before stopping. I've gotten down to 145 before but never 140. I am 5'9" btw. I drink a lot of water and I piss so much. I piss maybe 15 times a day.
Btw I'm not gymcelling since no gym for face.
Have any of you brocels tried this before? I did this a long time ago down to 145lbs when I was 22 years old. My goal is 140 now.
I enjoy this method of self torture. My goal is to look like this altho I'll probably have to go lower than 140 for that:
