I've been eating 300-400 calories every day for the last couple of months without cheating. My goal is to get down to subhuman low levels of fat.

I've lost 30lbs and it's still going without slowing down. I get insane hunger pangs but I resiliently push through it. I start the day with 1-2 cups of coffee with a bit of cream in it(cream is around 200 calories total, these are big cups of coffee). Then I eat a canned soup which is only 200 calories later in the evening. That's it. I've been doing this for a while now and I plan on getting down to 140 lbs before stopping. I've gotten down to 145 before but never 140. I am 5'9" btw. I drink a lot of water and I piss so much. I piss maybe 15 times a day.

Btw I'm not gymcelling since no gym for face.

Have any of you brocels tried this before? I did this a long time ago down to 145lbs when I was 22 years old. My goal is 140 now.

I enjoy this method of self torture. My goal is to look like this altho I'll probably have to go lower than 140 for that:

Just do it. Throw out all of your food and just buy cans of soup that are only 200 calories. You can't cheat if there's no food in your house literally. Drink a lot of water and drink a lot of caffeine to control appetite. You can also get psyllium husks pills to control your appetite.

It took me 2 1/2 months to lose 30 lbs

i'm 145 pounds and im 5'11. jfl at you. starving yourself is the most retarded thing you can do. once you will start eating normally your weight will skyrocket. just eat slightly less than normal and you will eventuallly drop down on weight without ruining your body in the process.

Holy fuck 2 months for 30lbs. That is very good brocel. But that is a pretty extreme commitment. I think I'll stick to 1,000 for now because when they open gyms soon I'll be going 3 days a week so should burn those extra calories anyway. But I commend you. In 5 months max, hopefully 4 months I wanna lose about 50lbs. When I'm down to normal weight I'll start gymcelling for a couple month then get myself a hair tattoo to cover my missing hair with dots and try going to slay in SEA or China or some shit. Hopefully I can ascend this way because its fucking brutal I am an oldcel now and I ain't got nothing to show for it.

Your metabolism doesn't slow down that much otherwise you'd be dead. It's a fat logic myth that your metabolism slows down that drastically.

I'm not going to look good either way. Plateauing only happens to retards who eat only 500 calories under their TDEE. You never see it happening to people doing extreme diets.

not if you lift while doing it. if you eat excess calories while lifting, some of that will go to muscles and some of it will go to fat then after you've gained a certain amount of muscle, you go on a cut and lose that fat you've gained. cutting and bulking, basic gymcelling stuff

I doubt you're really eating 1000 calories. I'm not arguing with you but I strongly suggest you closely count your calories and you'll find that you're eating more than you realize.

no it doesn’t, my maintenance is 3k and I lose about 2-2.2lbs a week eating at 2000, if I dropped immediately down to 1200(which I’ve done before), I lose weight for a month and after that i plateau

They don't have to have muscles or any tone. They can be fat or flabby, so long as they have big nenas guys will want them."

I do mark it down mentally and I do eat around that, usually anywhere though from 900-1200, maybe 1500 on Saturdays. I have a ~200cal breakfast snack, ~300cal lunch snack, and, my only meal of the day, around 600-700 calories for dinner.

Do you think going down from 85kgs to 65kg will make a significant difference to my face structure? I don't remember how my face looked like when I was at 72kg I never took photos because I was ugly but its much worse now jfl.

Yeah I stopped working out a while back, usually because I don't feel I need to, but the skinnyfat shit is really starting to get on my nerves. I'm on the lower end of normal weight for my height and I've always had some skinnyfat, even when I was underweight.
