Throwing up half of what I'm eating.

Lost about 5-10 pounds so far.

Gonna do this till im down to my goal weight of 128 pounds (my weight when I was gymmaxxed)


Cant to go a gym cause no car.
Too unmotivated to work out at home.


Got any other weight loss tips? I'm eating less and less and eventually plan to just starvation max once my hunger goes away more and more.

Feel free to ask whatever you want. I know this is incredibly unhealthy

what you are doing is absolutely unhealthy. your stomach is filled with acids that aren't meant to be in contact with other part of your body(throat,mouth etc.)

Drink lots of coffee and try amphetamines. They both work as stimulants, and amphetamines will decrease the need to eat. I'd also try laxatives.

you rill regain the weight after you stop, you will probably not be able to do it forever. there is a hormone called leptin that regulates hunger and when you lose weight it makes you more hungry, the only way to maintain weight loss is trough permanent excercising or permanent diet which is increasingly hard because of leptin

I cant regain the weight if i limit my calorie intake tho

Im thinking of going to my old diet of pickles, chicken sandwitches and salads.

But idk. I wish i just had the motivation to work out from home.

Maybe if i had a hope of ascending through gymmaxxing id want to. I used to be in amazing shape with muscles then after lots of attempts i just lost hope.


And im too retarded to even figure out a workout routine. I had someone telling me what to do in the past.

I know what to do but i dont understand sets reps etc

Get a trampoline tbh. The best shape of my life usually happens when my trampoline is up. Unless you aren't into that.
 
Let me know how it goes, I've been considering it too. I've gained 20 lbs in the past 5-6 months. Overwhelming despair makes it harder to diet! haha.

So far its going fairly well. Im being sure to take multivitamins and drink lots of fluid.

I know you're 5'5, thats why I suggested around 135. 128 is technically within a healthy range for your size, but it's usually best to stick towards the middle of the spectrum

Drink only water for several days in s row.

Just cut down on carbs. Thats what I do.
For example eat a meal with just chicken without rice, pasta etc add a sauce you like and some fruits

I broke a crown when I was high on coke. Dentist gonna drill into the gum an build up a tooth that way. I hate the vibrations of the drill it makes me gag. Im not looking forward to it
