In my opinion, this mainly stems from the fact that we have never experienced all of the things that usualy come with youth.. While we are aging in the literal sense, we have basically remained in stagnation for all of our teenage and young adult lives.

bro give it a couple years, dont start now, start when you are noticing thinning. norwood 2/a would be a good time. i've been on it for about two years and it's effectiveness wanes over time, according to my doctor as soon as 10 years. i started quite late at norwood 4 and got to about a norwood 4a by the time it started working and the hairfall stopped, i got back to norwood 4 in a year and a half. but after it basically i havent had any more regrowth but i also dont have much hairfall. i keep a buzz / shave cut to compensate. im on fin + minoxidil btw if that helps

For me it was the opposite and I read that it is common to have higher sex drive, because the testosterone is not converted to DHT, you are going to have a surplus.
