Caffeine, alcohol and gym time have become an addiction that it's affecting my life...
I drink caffeine every single day in the dose of a large keurig cup and maybe a 200+ mg energy drink that same day. I will also still take a nap and feel normal throughout the day like I use to before I started coping with caffeine.
Alcohol is a turn on and turn off for me. I have weeks where I'll hit it for days straight and then take weeks of break. My liver is starting to notice and become more resistant and I drink. I hate the feeling of a hangover, I hate this weak body I have (no im not fucking skinny). I like the feeling of drunkenness and the burn i have after downing a shot.
I've started hitting the gym a lot more to get into better shape for my profession, and it has come to the point where it is affecting my other important daily activities i am required to do like research and homework. I'm addicted to running and lifting til I feel that burn and tightness in my muscle.
Gym and caffeine is probably my biggest cope because it helps me temporarily escape my inceldom reminders... until i see a fucking couple or even groups of friends walk by my treadmill or bench press machine. it hurts, it hurts a lot man.
