Immigration takes care of that in the short term. Economic "elites" are hyper confident that short term gains can be sustained and think they can keep importing people from countries with higher birth rates. Eventually even those countries will have the same "problem" with lowering birth rates though and they won't be able to draw enough people from those countries.
Some people then speculate that the "elite" won't need us and replace us with machines. But really ngl I can't imagine it's so much that with natalist and pro immigration liberal policies being pursued to the fullest in western countries and in expectations for growth for the sake of growth in everything. Also as of now machines can't pay into and fund safety nets and pension funds for older generations. You need a living population of new younger workers being born or invited from abroad to do that.
