Not really, if you are taller than 5' 5'', 7.5'' wrists make you medium framed but on the upper end which is very close to ideal.

I guess I have no other option. Although gymcelling will be hell since I can't afford to eat high-protein foods every day. And I have to start paying for gym gear and a gym membership.

You don't need gym gear. You don't even need a gym membership to some extent tbh.Do bodyweight in parks. If you live in europe buy protein powder in bulk. Cheaper than any high protein food you can chew.
