Today it becomes law that muslims and minorities are to be given lesser sentences than white British people.

New rules will force judges to take into account the characteristics when deciding whether to send them to jail. Updated guidelines now say one should be made if the offender is “from an ethnic minority, cultural minority and/or faith minority community”, or “are transgender” but that wouldn’t seemingly apply or taken into consideration if you are Christian.

The new rules will be enforced from April 1.
