I have some backpains here and there, but today i had such insane backpain all fucking day, i couldnt bear it. It still hurts and i hope its gone by the time i wake up

Back pain is brutal. I was tackled pretty hard when I was a teenager onto cement and I’ve had back pain ever since. For the past 30 years I’ve woken up with back pain at 4:30 AM and have to walk around for an hour to go back to sleep.
