Everything about this world is so fucking insane. Especially the fucking zoomer generation which was basically raised on the lies of pathological self-impro(o)vement and hypergamy (for most men dating apps where a deviation of the status quo, for them Tinder/Bumble/etc. were the status quo).
A few decades ago nobody gave a fucking damn about what they were eating - if they gained weight they just ate less and if they lost weight they ate more. Simple as that. Nowadays if you don't have a special and for your metabolism specifically designed diet most zoomerfags look already down on you. It's insane how many of them are deeply involved in that cringy shit (from pescetarianism to veganism to whatever).
Then gymmaxxing. A few years ago going to the gym was the exception, nowadays it's the norm, which lead to muscles becoming a prerequisite and not a special trait that made you stand out. Women are like predatory fish, if divers feed them they will not recognise feeding as a unique privilege, but rather as the absolute minimum and when then no food comes a few fingers go missing - when you improve the quality of available men their demands just rise.
And then also foreign languages. Most of them are deeply into that shit and constantly try to learn new stuff. Especially also Asian languages and culture which gets fetishized by zoomerfags in my country. And this doesn't even include the insane other stuff like microdosing of drugs, sleeping without pillows, no fap, etc. - all that to impress others.
And then the fags that see working as their life. Basically the best kind of slaves. They really managed to sell you your slavery as your freedom.
And these people never ask themselves "Why?" - why should I want to prolong my life even as a chad? Whether you become 90 or 95 makes no difference, these few years are years of slow decay anyways, aging in grace is an oxymoron, why would I want to prolong it? Even as a chad I wouldn't even want to live that long. I don't see life as something that has inherent value, if you define life as such you define a biological existence in the sense of autopoiesis/metabolism/etc., for me life is defined via quality. And for me no life quality can be seen in a high age such as that where you are basically at the mercy of some foreigners or your children (that will likely be even worse/more fucked up due to western "culture" than your generation) and cannot do anything on your own, you are most likely a wheel-chair bound/unable to move and look in the TV while rotting in some pension. Why would I want to prolong that shit for some years? Why would I restrict my pleasure to get these five years of existence? Life has for me no inherent value.
"Caring for your health" is a meme - as long as you aren't obese or underweight a diet/sport/etc. will maybe make on average a difference of a few years and these years are nothing more than literal decay and the rest is mostly genetics/stochastics/etc. anyways and the rest is just not doing certain things like not drinking/smoking too much.
