Yes, especially for online dating you will want some nice pictures. As someone who online dates, I am more likely to swipe right on people when they have a well framed profile picture of themselves smiling. It shows they put the effort in. You don't need to change who you are for anyone, but it doesn't hurt to take better and more representative pictures as first impressions are everything
