I have a theory. It is based on what my friend and I have experienced so far in life. We're in late twenties.
When we realise that women don't want us and stop trying, we think we should advance in life or career. We don't. As we give up the chase, our brain sends signal to our body to start the process of deterioration. Our health - physical and mental - worsens when we give up.
We have to chase sex in order to be in shape. I completely stopped wanting a girl for a month, gave up masturbation, thinking and fantasising sexual stuff, thanks to semen retention (losers) club. I noticed decline in my cognitive health, developed neuroticism, got fat and slow, lost shape of my already flat skull. What do you think? Have you experienced something similar.
