Because of unhealthy coping mechanisms. If someone has healthy teeth it is a sign of a healthy life.
I don't have any rotten teeth under the enamel but what I do have is enamel erosion from years of an acidic and high sugar diet. It means they are yellow in colour. Not gold but the thin enamel makes the yellow show through of the dentin. They also are sensitive to liquids and cold wind outside.
I go to the dentist twice a year now to get them cleaned and I mentioned getting crowns. He said that is an over reaction because that is very destructive on the tooth.
When I was on a plane a few months ago a group of normie men in their 50's were laughing at my yellow teeth when I was yawning. They said "he doesn't go to the dentist often does he". That didn't even make sense because wouldn't someone with teeth problems go to a dentist more often. Yet people wonder why I try not to leave the house.
