As much as im not a big fan of snow, i do remmeber my grade 7 or 8 science teacher said this snow prevents canada from being a desert, im not even sure if it was even my middle teacher that said this, but i think it was her. Basically the snow is the reason why canada is not a desert, i cant really explain the science behind it,
