Laughing and making fun of someone for being in a wheelchair is obviously frowned upon. Calling someone da n word or p*ki is frowned upon.

But you can do what the fuck you want to people who are ugly. You can laugh at them being ugly, make fun of them for it and bully them for being ugly.

Being born disabled or being a particular race isn't a choice and neither is being born ugly so doing stuff like making fun of ppl for being ugly should be looked at the same for when person b made fun of for being disabled.
