I WAS gonna get it in Turkey but plans changed as my dad told me i’ll be getting it sooner. I have said that i’m only half Arab many times but I can’t really pass for a white guy so I just refer to myself as an ethnic and go along with it. I just look like an Arab with blue hunter eyes. Yeah, it's there to keep it in place plus to absorb all the blood. I did a lot of research because I wanted to get a rhinoplasty as well but in the end decided against it. In Western Europe, where I'm from, they use tampons or something made of the same material to absorb the blood.
