get genio first and if you arent happy get the implant after. only downside of genio is limited augmentation so if you can achieve the same results with both you should always go for osteotomies.

I WAS gonna get it in Turkey but plans changed as my dad told me i’ll be getting it sooner. I have said that i’m only half Arab many times but I can’t really pass for a white guy so I just refer to myself as an ethnic and go along with it. I just look like an Arab with blue hunter eyes. Also, my dad’s FRIEND is the one who lives close to the clinic.

Yeah, it's there to keep it in place plus to absorb all the blood. I did a lot of research because I wanted to get a rhinoplasty as well but in the end decided against it. In Western Europe, where I'm from, they use tampons or something made of the same material to absorb the blood.

Idk, he doesn’t sound like he knows what he’s talking about tbh. If you have scleral show then canthopexy is the only way to go to make your eye area better. Plus fillers for hooding. And as far as I know, canthopexy isn’t dangerous.
