Surgery started about 3 and half hours ago, i think. It’s now done, already recovered from the anesthesia (doctor told me that I recovered fast) and I’m still in bed with a thick bandage around my midface (would post pics but there’s no point as you’d only see a bandage)...I feel completely numb from the anesthesia, as if I was transported to another dimension or some shit. My nose feels dry, can’t breathe at all. I tried to touch it but my surgeon wouldn’t let me for some reason lol.

Anyways, I can see that the huge nasal hump is gone and I can tell that it’s smaller now. Can’t wait till I take off all the bandages and all the other shit that has been put on and in my nose to see the results.

I can answer any questions right now, except for how the surgery went as I wasn’t awake.

General anesthesia is a miracle, one minute the surgeon is looking at you in the bed and the next second BANG, is done and you just have to get out of the clinic.
