having lived amongst westernised and native rices for a large part of my life and spoken to rice parents, they are the real problem.
1,2,3 cant be helped, but the parents push the kids into 4 and 5, which is what really screws them over for life.

I have seen though that for many chadpreets and chaddams, they are mistaken as latino when they are at that level. Given the amount of skin lightening cream chadpreets put on, and how light skin naturally many chadpreets are, it's obvious why many would be mistaken for Latinos.
