OP, put hot water in empty bottles under your bedsheets. It will keep you warm.

Also, if you survive one really cold winter, you'll never feel cold so strongly anymore (I've survived -40 degree winter. Still had to go to school)

Nah, this isn’t even close to the coldest but it dropped from 45 to 12 in one day.
