I have an obligued part-time job in a laboratory affiliated with my university because of my scholarship.
My "boss" (not really but he's above everyone) didnt care at all about who joined us because he only wanted results.

I get paid well, nothing to complain about
except that who hires the students is a femoid.

You wont believe how much promising students i saw being turned down only because she didnt find them attractive. There was even this 3/10 fem that had a really nice background with lots of recomm and experience.
She even laughed at her. That was a totally different douchebag league.

She literally only hires extremely disrespectful chadboys who even ask for leaving earlier because "they have better things to do", like wtf if I did that i can assure you i'd get fired instantly.

They constantly harass me into doing their jobs then backstab me telling their social chadboy groups how nerd I am.
I end giving up and doing it anyways because nobody cares about who works and who doesnt and we have a monthly "quota" that is filled pretty much with what my boss and I do, and cant risk losing my scholarship.
Props because I also put my name instead of theirs and they sign this without even knowing. I'll definitely get witch-hunted by them for the rest of my career someday.

Pretty much the only reason interviews are even a thing is so that Chads and foids can regularly land jobs they'd otherwise have no chance at getting.

The entire job hiring process is of course suifuel for incels.

A good chunk of interviews especialy or professional schools is to screen people based on appearance. You can find it in books and articles shit.

My boss has people calling out all the time, not showing up or stealing shit from work but if they are attractive they get unwritten warnings and do what they want. Attractive people have the world as their oyster no matter what walk of life they come from.
