It's ridiculous how static our bodies are, despite the fact that the body is capable of replacing itself on the cell level.
You got wounded? Easy peez. The body will fill over the wound.
But for a teeth? for some facial bones? Maybe leg bones?
The raw material to rebuild/reshape/repair these things are easily gathered; a teeth is 2g in weight, while being 96% minerals. Our teeth contains as much minerals you take everyday, yet the body is not able to take some of your minerals to divert it into repairing a teeth, perhaps over a week or weeks.
We know the body is capable of generating these things as seen in tumor diseases where instructions are randomizer, so eyeball, teeth, hair tissues are grown.
Similarly, there are little you can do to reshape, even slowly, your facial bones by physical force; if that wasn't the case, perhaps, inceldom would have taken a different direction.
