Whoever it might've been. Your parents or grandparents, at least one out of all of those people were guaranteed to have the few shit genetic mutations to completely alter your appearance in the worst possible way. A lot of you probably don't know who it is, but it most likely started from an ugly female fucking a normie or slightly below average male.
In my case, it was my mother who completely sealed it for me. My father already had 6/10 SMV, so he didn't have many other options, although he might've been able to get a better outcome for the bloodline if he found a better looking woman than him. It was definitely possible for a normie back then, but for some reason he settled and made me completely pay the price
