if you let the game download over the span of 2-3 days it could download. if you're using a cheap usb wifi adapter it could be the reason for low speeds. i recommend an ethernet cable directly to the router of if that's not possible connect a usb cable to your phone and allow for usb tethering in settings. when i was even more broke it was my way of getting internet on devices. keep going twin.FUCK
