Lately I've started to think that it isn't as simple as this because you can only afford plastic surgery when you're well into your 20s or even later, and at that point it's already too late to fix the trauma from childhood bullying and loneliness and the lack of social skills due to having no one to talk to, and you might already be an oldcel.

But manletism is a looks modifier by itself in addition to being much more difficult to fix so I do agree that height > face overall. My opinion doesn't count much, though, because the facial equivalent of my height is a nuclear bomb victim so of course I'd be biased towards height.

The cost probably depends on 1) the quality of the leg lengthening, 2) the quality of the plastic surgery, and 3) how severe the facial deformity in question is.

Regardless, the risk and the certain negative effects of having one's bones "scarred" is enough of a reason for me to give up on leg lengthening until they come up with something better Hell freezes over (and the 9th circle of Hell doesn't count).

This is why I won't do LL. I'm 5'5 barefoot, going from 5'5 to 5'8 or 5'9 wouldn't do anything. Average height in my country is 5'11.5, below 5'10 is manlet here.
