Islam is more like a cult. There is no spirituality or higher purpose like say Buddhism or Christianity. They just want exterminate, enslave or forceably convert everybody who doesn't practice their specific version of Islam. They believe that they will get 72 virgins in the afterlife if they commit suicide attacks and kill people. Even the Muslimcels here have to acknowledge that this sounds more like a cult than a religion.
