I know people say it improves their mood and stuff.
I rarely go outside and when I do, I put on the strongest sunscreen available, because I'd burn instantly, so I'm 99.9% sure I'm deficient.
Any personal experiences? Should you take it with K2 or is it a scam?

The symptoms of deficiency are so vague that idk if I'd benefit from it. I should probably just check if I'm deficient, but I'm too lazy for that. I guess I'll just try it out.

I track my food on cronometer and supposedly I hit all the recommended vitamin intake values easily (except for vitamin D, because it's hard to get from food). Is there any benefit to megadosing anything? (I've heard about vitamin C megadosing and tried it for a while, but the effects were placebo-tier at best)

I have vitamin D deficiencies (I did the test) because I never leave the house, but I do not take any supplements. I often have pains at my legs bones and I think it's caused by vitamin D deficiency.

yeah, I have some minor joint pain and I wonder if it would improve with vitamin D supplementation

every vitamin is important. Though there is too much to keep track of so I just try eat anything and hope I don't die from scurvy.
