I was wondering normalfags also have anxiety like most of us or they just get out of it is it so easy to get out of anxiety i was bullied for my looks most part of my life so i lost connection with people a long ago

"Normies" don't have social anxiety. You get "social anxiety" from being constantly mocked and bullied for being physically unattractive/non-NT to the point that there's no significant reward in being extroverted in any way. Eventually your inhibition rises to a level high enough that you can't talk to people at all. Don't have it, but JFL at believing LARPing attention-seeking normgroids and whores on TikTok when they say they have it. If you have more than 2 friends, you don't have social anxiety.

Yes i believe that most of the normgoids don't have anxiety upto such an extent but they are afraid of public speaking and addressing our anxiety is much worse i can't even grab a food at the store which has more than 3 or 4 people
