Nah, this song didn't age well. And it's not because of myspace.
First of all, the song clearly has a "normie"-audience in mind that doesn't spend much time online. But these days, only ten years later, even Brad Paisley's normie fans are online. All these country chicks are probably bigger sluts on tinder than some uppity hipster chicks.
Second, these country people ... working class folks without college degree ... they are much more likely to live with their parents again because they're simply unemployed etc. than other people.
Finally, the days and age in which losers could be cool online is over. These days, with selfies, cameras, skype, smartphone, streaming, discord everywhere ... and tinder, of course, selfies, instagram ... when you're a loser offline, you're a loser online. At least that's the rule of thumb. The day and age in which you could hide behind the internet is over ... these days, it's more about SHOWING and REVEALING. Sure, you can pick a picture from a good angle ... but it's all so transparent now that you don't get far with pretending to be a rich Hollywood dude or whatever. Offline loser = online loser.
